Return Policy: 100% satisfaction guarantee. When your not happy neither am I. If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, simply return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the price of shipping. Please contact me as soon as possible by email at info@bbgrimm.com If your item arrives damaged please keep all the original packaging. You may be required to present the item and packaging to your local post office for insurance purposes. I will either exchange it or offer a full refund pending processing by the US Postal Service. After two weeks all sales are final. Shipping: Items ship within 7 days of cleared payment. We ship in the US via First Class or Priority Mail. Orders outside the US will be shipped via First Class International (phone number required), or by Airmail. (Contact us for shipping rates to your country before you place your order.) Shipping insurance is required for all orders and included in the total. Commissions: I love creating one-of-a-kind pieces. Please contact me by sending an email to info@bbgrimm.com, explaining the details of what you would like done and how soon you would like the item. Usually 3 - 14 days depending on the amount of detail. Details you could include in an email are sketches, colors of eyes, skin, hair, and any other bits. I will go over your request and get back to you with an appropriate price. Payment is necessary before I begin. Pieces done on commission are exempt from our standard return policy. |
